The portal and who provides it
This portal is provided by Law Offices of Rozsa Gyene, 3500 W. Olive Ave., Suite 300, Burbank, CA 91505, telephone (818) 337-4071, email rozsa@prenupandpostnup.com (the "Firm"). By using it you agree to these terms.
Attorney-client relationship
The Firm represents only the client who signs a fee agreement with the Firm. Using the portal does not make you a client. If you are the other party to an agreement prepared by the Firm, the Firm does not represent you and nothing in the portal is legal advice to you. If you are panel counsel, you are an independent attorney representing your own client.
What the portal does
The portal collects intake and disclosure information, delivers documents, records the statutory steps for a California premarital or postmarital agreement, manages review periods, and records electronic signatures. It enforces the statutory signing procedure and will not shorten any review period. It is not a substitute for reading the documents.
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for actions taken with your account. Tell the Firm at once if you believe your account has been used by someone else.
Electronic records and signatures
Documents are delivered and signed electronically as described in the Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures, which you accept before any signing session.
Fees
Fees are stated in the fee agreement you sign before payment and on the cost page. No fee is charged for the other party's use of the portal.
Disputes
These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute about the portal shall be brought in the state courts located in Los Angeles County, California. These terms contain no arbitration clause and no waiver of your right to a court.
