Who we are
This portal is operated by Law Offices of Rozsa Gyene, 3500 W. Olive Ave., Suite 300, Burbank, CA 91505, telephone (818) 337-4071, email rozsa@prenupandpostnup.com (the "Firm"). This policy explains what information the portal collects, how it is used, and your rights.
What we collect
Account information: your name, email address and the sign-in method you use. Matter information: the names, contact details, residence, marriage details, financial disclosures, documents and answers you or the other party provide for the agreement. Signing records: your typed signature, the date and time, the IP address of your device, the signing session identifier and the document you signed. Payment information: the Firm's payment processor collects your card details; the Firm never sees or stores your full card number. Technical information: server logs with IP addresses and request times, kept for security.
This website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits and to record when someone starts a matter, presses the button to book a free phone consultation, taps the office's telephone number, or pays. Those records carry the event and, for a payment, the amount and the reference number the portal gives your matter. They do not carry your name, your email address, your telephone number, your answers, or anything about your finances or your family. Google sets cookies to do this and you may block them without affecting anything on this site.
Where you came from: when you arrive on this website, your browser keeps the advertising click identifier that Google adds to the address when you follow one of the Firm's advertisements, any campaign labels in that address, the website that sent you, and the first page you saw. When you start a matter or create an account they are saved with your matter, together with your answer to "How did you hear about us?". The Firm uses them to learn which of its advertising and which referrals bring clients. If you pay after following one of the Firm's advertisements, the Firm may send Google Ads that click identifier, the time of the payment and the fee, so that Google can count the payment against the advertisement. Nothing else about you or your matter is sent.
How we use it
To provide the legal services you engaged the Firm for; to produce the agreement, the statutory writings and the compliance record that California law requires; to communicate with you about your matter; to process payment; and to keep the portal secure. The Firm does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. The Firm has never done either. The Firm does advertise, and it measures whether its own advertising leads someone to start a matter. That measurement is described under "What we collect": it records the event and, for a payment, the amount and your matter's reference number, and it never carries your name, your contact details, the contents of your matter, or any answer you have given.
Who else sees it
The other party to your agreement sees only what the law requires them to see: the served agreement, the financial disclosure you serve on them, and the status of the review periods. The other party never sees your communications with the Firm or the Firm's work product. Panel counsel retained by the other party sees the served agreement and the disclosures. Service providers that process data for the Firm: Google Firebase (authentication and database), Netlify (hosting, functions and file storage), Stripe (payments and identity verification) and Resend (email delivery). Each is bound to use the data only to provide its service. Google Analytics and Google Ads are not on that list: they receive the visit and event records described under "What we collect", and Google uses those records for its own purposes as well as for the Firm's. From your matter they receive only what "What we collect" describes: with a payment, your matter's reference number and the fee, and, if you followed one of the Firm's advertisements, the advertising click identifier and the time of the payment.
How long we keep it
The compliance record of a matter, including the audit log and the signed documents, is kept for the life of the agreement and for 5 years after the Firm closes the matter, because a premarital or postmarital agreement is commonly enforced decades after it is signed and the record is the evidence that it was made lawfully. Financial disclosures and their supporting documents are kept on the same schedule, as exhibits to the agreement. Portal account information that is not part of that record, such as your login and your notification settings, is deleted within ninety days after the matter closes or on your request, whichever comes first. Email delivery logs are kept for two years. You may ask for a copy of your data, or for deletion of data that is not part of a legal record, by writing to rozsa@prenupandpostnup.com. California residents have the rights the California Consumer Privacy Act provides, subject to the exemptions for information held by an attorney for a client.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, stored with access controls that limit each user to their own role on their own matter, and recorded in an append-only audit log. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, tell the Firm immediately.
Changes and contact
The Firm may update this policy; the version and date appear at the top of the page. Questions: rozsa@prenupandpostnup.com or (818) 337-4071.
